What started as a hobby for Owner Andy Jackson has grown into an innovative culinary adventure that we now get to share with you!
Andy has found inspiration for his cupcakes in music, alcohol, and fresh ingredients. Meaning you will not find average flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet.
Here at FuManChu everything from the frostings to the jams, to the batters is made from scratch.
We purchase locally as much as possible and white salt is never used in our products. Instead we source handcrafted salts to add an extra special element to our products such as Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.
