Meet Andy, the mastermind behind the innovative, indulgent adventure that has turned into FuManChu CupCakes. Charlotte born, Andy spent most of his adult life working for his family's plumbing business. One night Andy and his wife Beth went to an art gallery in Huntersville. CupCakes were being served at the event and when Andy bit into a Salted Caramel CupCake inspiration hit; he went home and began experimenting.

With most flavors featuring various types of beer and liquor nothing about FuManChu's products is "normal". CupCakes are baked every day with a shelf life of about two days due to the lack of preservitives. Specilty salts such as Pink Himalayan and Black Lava replace the typical white salt used in baking.
